Thank you for your response. I’m helping Summer out today and I’m happy to share some context with you.
The lock symbol is always shown when you add a payment method to your account. It is not an error message, but rather it means your credit card information is stored securely on Shopify. You can see here that I’m able to enter in a credit card number, even though the lock icon is shown:
You should be able to enter in your payment information without any issue, but let me know if you’re still having trouble.
