Hello. I’m using a theme on shopify on Ipad safari and when I try to add a section, a blank optionless square appears. How can I make it really add sections?
This is what I mean. I already enabled third party cookies on safari settings

We got the point,
you need to reload customizer if you made any changes in code in any section.
If this is still not solved then we may check in desktop in our devices so that you need to give us access to the customizer and code editor so we can check properly.

Yes , you can share me this Store Url and a code.
You may code from, Open > setting in the bottom > Open user and permissions > scroll to thye bottom, You will get a field “Collaborator Request code” copy and send that as well with the store URL. We will send you the request, so you just need to accept that.
Make sure send code in our Email : services@vortifytech or or WhatsApp given below.

I didn’t get issue in the sense theme on copy and on live as well.

You can use Loom video recorder and another few free recorder.
