I just setup my shopify stire i cant seem to add any payment method i tried adding paymob and ziina either i am greeted with error 500 or the activate button doesnt light up or the page doesnt load. I and dropshipping in the uae

I understand you’re faced with a 500 error when attempting to integrate Paymob and Ziina payment gateway. As per our Payment Providers and Online Payment Gateways resource, both of these payment providers are available in the UAE.
Based on the screenshot you shared, this looks to be a technical issue on our end. However, as per our Shopify Status page, all systems seem to be operational.
In the meantime, could you try the troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies and reboot your browser.
- Try using a different browser (ex. Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox)
- Try using a different device.
Could you also advise if this error message appears when installing other third-party payment providers?

Yes i get this message while setting up third party providers
I tried using other browsers as well I also tried doing this on my phone and my computer but still i am facing the same issue
