Basically, once they ask you to add a payment method, choose Paypal. Then you can also link your Paypal account to any bank account you have. Hope this makes sense.

Seems odd, are you trying to link it via Shopify? Or via business.tiktok?

I tried both.. only card shows up! it’s frustrating

I am having the same issue. TikTok support told me that they couldn’t help me and closed my support ticket so I’m going to have to figure this out by myself. How do you upload PayPal as an option?

@Kier As far as I know the TikTok customer support is not able to change the Payment Method or Payment Type. But on my experience (besides this issue) the TikTok support is awesome, actually. Don’t give up, maybe try to change the language of your TikTok Ads Business Manager Website before verifying…

I am having the same issue, they told me the same thing as everyone else. Change browser and clear the cache, but it doesn’t work. The Paypal option doesn’t show up. Does anyone have a solution?

We had the same issue. In our case it seems like it was an issue with Mastercard. I’ve read this in a couple of other places as well that it doesn’t seem to like them.
