Can’t add product type on mobile from yesterday. It says: something went wrong. Try again error

We have not seen any issues on the mobile app recently, so I’d like to do some troubleshooting steps with you now. Can you review the following steps and let me know if any of these help?
- Ensure the app is running on the latest software update
- Ensure your mobile devices’ OS is up to date
- Could you clear the cache on your Shopify mobile app? (on your mobile device go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > select Shopify app > Storage and cache > Clear cache)
- Uninstall/reinstall the app if the above still does not resolve this
These are some steps that usually work, so I’d like to try these first to see if we can get this sorted for you. Do let me know how you get on, we can dig deeper if you are still seeing this error!
