Why can't I add alt text to homepage images?

I am getting an error when I try to add an alt text to the images on the home page. Can anyone help me with this? Images on product pages and blogs work fine but I just can’t get this done right.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I had to reselect the image from the library and then add alt text to it. That worked for me. I think I wasn’t able to add alt text because the images were added by another user on the store. But for now, that is the solution.

I have explained the problem. Do you need anything else from me to solve it? Or this is just for getting badges in the community?
