Why can't I add items to draft orders on my laptop?

For the past few days, I am unable to create draft orders on my laptop, however, I am able to create them using my ipad or iphone. When I try to create them on my laptop, I am unable to choose any items, they simply won’t load. I’ve tried clearing my history, re-starting my computer, etc. but still can’t get it to work today. I have included a screenshot to show what it is doing.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Looking into this, if you are to use a completely separate browser on your laptop - are you able to successfully create a draft order?

For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.

Let us know if that does the trick.
