Why can't I add items to my main menu on my eCommerce site?

I go to Navigation => Add menu , and i dont have button add item.When editing another menu, I also cannot add or edit (the buttons do not work). Pls halp

Ohh, good)) I solved this problem by adding items through the mobile application. Through the shopify mobile app, I have these buttons.
