hey guys my shopify billing has an issue, ive tried to add my debit card but it keeps telling me anable to verify and its a visa card. i even called the bank and they said they cant do anything on their end. i even connected paypal and it would still not allow me to make the purchase. please help me resolve this.

That is definitely frustrating to have billing issues. I hope your day is going well regardless.
Is the bill you are attempting to pay for a Shopify Subscription? If so, the issue is our system does not accept debit cards. Your Visa will have to be a traditional post paid credit card in order for us to process the payment. That being said, you should have no problem paying via PayPal.
If the issue continues when attempting to pay via PayPal, please reach out to their support team directly. They will be able to provide more context into why the charge is being declined.
