I just started work on my Client Shopify website. For Improving site experience we need to add/edit new sections to my client site but adding new sections isn’t available.
When I approached to the Home page for customizations it says “This page doesn’t have any sections. Edit theme setting”
Can someone help me explain how can I edit the home page of this website?

Theme customizations isn’t available on my end. Is it an access issue or theme doesn’t support it?
Did you ever solve this problem? It seems I have the same issue, and I can’t solve it.
I am experiencing the same issue. I want Collection Description to show on my theme and it is not showing. Apparently my theme doesn’t allow it, how can I get this working?
