I definitely understand the concern regarding not being able to add products to your customer’s orders.

Earlier today, Shopify received reports of merchants unable to create draft orders, select products to add to draft orders, and edit orders. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should now be able to add products when creating draft orders and editing orders.
