Why can't I add Wish to my sales channel on Shopify?

Although YouTube and Shopify has tutorials on adding Wish to the Sales Channel, “Wish” is not listed anywhere or able to be added. Why and how do I get this installed?

I don’t see Wish as an option to add in our Shopify Apps store. How do I get this added?
