Greetings! I’ve bought Shopify Basic plan for 1$ (there was a discount from 24$). I wanted to buy a domain, but I can’t. It shows me that I have Lite plan (I enclose the screenshot beneath, even the price is same $24), although I’m very sure I’d bought the Basic one. If I, by any chance, have Lite one, how do I change it to Basic? I tried to get the Basic plan, but I can’t. My main target is to buy a domain, but I unfortunately can’t. Thanks in advance!

I understand that you’re looking to purchase a domain and your store should be on the Shopify Basic plan. However, based on the screenshot, it appears you’re on the Shopify Lite plan. Can you double-check the Plan settings in the Shopify admin and see if you need to update your plan?
Just to clarify, the Shopify Lite plan doesn’t include an online store so there wouldn’t be a place for you to purchase and/or connect a domain. Nevertheless, once you’ve upgraded to the Shopify Basic plan and added the Online store sales channel, you can buy a domain through Shopify.
