I am being billed monthly (and not using Shopify) , when I try to login in to manage my account and stop reoccurring payments I get a message that my account is inactive so I am unable to make settings changes. I am very frustrated that I have been paying this fee monthly, not using the service and when I try to cancel it’s so far been impossible to get any customer service assistance, to edit my settings , to stop payments or get any help . Why do I have to log into forums and search and search and read and search and still get no movement towards a resolution.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Just to check, is it possible you are on a pause plan? If at all possible, can you please share a screenshot of where it says inactive when you try to sign in? This will help me troubleshoot more effectively for you. Let me know!
