Why can't I cancel my store despite entering the correct password?

I am trying to cancel my store but whenever I enter my password to cancel it says it is incorrect even though I have tried the correct password over and over. It might be because I am on a $1 a month deal right now, but I should be able to cancel but it is not letting me

Once you successfully login, or select the options to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

I would like to cancel my subscription. I tried the directions with very little success.

If you would like to cancel your Shopify subscription, you can navigate to Settings > Plan and select Deactivate store.

With that being said, if you are experiencing difficulties with canceling your subscription, you can reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page.

Once you login successfully, you will be directed to the Help Center. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can select the topic Account. I took a screenshot to assist you with the navigation:

After that is selected, you should be able to choose what you would like assistance with.

Scroll down to see the available options to Get Support.
