Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’m happy to provide some assistance with this issue you’re experiencing. As mentioned, only the store owner can change store currency.

You can view and change your store currency from the Store currency section of the Store details settings page. When logged in as a store owner you will be able to see Change Store Currency option as shown below.

However, when logged in as staff then it is expected to see only Change Formatting as you do in your screenshot. So, to change store currency please check in with the store owner to complete this action.
