Why can't I change the existing bank account on my newly created store?

I have recently made my Shopify store and as I was setting up payments, payouts etc, i noticed that there is already a bank account attached to the payout section? I attempted to change it and I am unable. I am the sole admin for this account and never even entered an bank account to begin with? Has anyone else faced this problem?

To contact our support directly please follow these steps:

  • Log into our Help Center
  • Enter your question in the search bar
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue’ under ‘Get Support’
  • Select your preferred support option (live chat, email, web callback, Twitter)
