Why can't I change the style on my Debut theme?

I’m not able to change the style on the debut theme. When I click on the light style (the one I want) it does not highlight it. I have another account and that one changes style just fine. Please help!

So you can clear the site cache or install the theme style light. Refer https://i.imgur.com/zc2KxrK.png
