Why can't I complete a test order due to a payment error?

When I click ‘Complete order’, it won’t let me finish the payment and the website says: ‘you can´t make a payment to yourself’.

Please help!

You can set up a “test payment” environment and use a sample credit card to test purchases without actually paying.

I can’t even get to that part because the site won’t let me.

It says… ‘Something went wrong. You can’t make a payment to yourself’

What plan are you on? This might be something to talk to the support team about.

I paid for a 3 month promotion. But anyways I am already paying for the service and spoke to support team about it. Thanks
