I’m having trouble with setting up shipping with the lulu direct app.
Following instructions I’ve set up shipping zones and custom rates for lulu as its own shipping profile, but when I then go over to lulu app to manually map it on, the rates I’ve set up don’t show up in the options.
Because this is a third party app, our own support would not be able to look into this for you, however I checked their app listing and found that they have a phone number (1 (844) 212-0689) as well as an email address (integrations@lulu.com) through which you can get in touch with their support.
On that same listing I saw in some of the reviews that other users described a similar issue to what you’re having now with not being able to connect, but they were able to get it resolved with the app’s support.
