so I have a business Instagram account and tried to connect my shopify on Instagram shopping and it got declined for some reason. Tried to review it and it did the same thing. However, now when I go on Instagram business settings it doesn’t give me an option to add Instagram shopping anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

When it comes to approvals for Instagram Shopping, this is something determined by Facebook/Instagram directly, and Shopify doesn’t have insight to the process. That being said, if you can share a screenshot of the message you are seeing in the admin, I can offer some advice on how to possibly resolve this! The message may read, ‘your account wasn’t approved for Instagram Shopping’. Let me know!
