I can’t connect my ig because it’s saying it’s connected to another page and my page is not connected to another business page.

Just to gather some additional context, are you attempting to connect your Instagram Business account to your Shopify store using the Facebook Sales Channel?
Since this error message is coming from another platform, it is a bit difficult for us to look at the direct connections on your Instagram Business page. If you are receiving the error message that your Instagram is connected to another business page, you should be able to login to your Instagram and navigate to Settings > Apps and Websites. You can remove the connections and integrations that are setup and attempt to reestablish the connection.
