Why can't I connect my store to Facebook or Google Merchant?

I am having multiple problems! I can’t get my Facebook or Google Merchant to connect to my store, I have no idea. I keep trying to reach support and it keeps kicking me out. HELP

Try a different data feed app, maybe the issue is with the app you are using.

That can generate a data feed.

It keeps telling me I have more than one merchant account and I don’t know how. It won’t let me delete either of them because it says there is one higher than those.

Yes, you need to use the original Google Merchant Center account. You need to check your emails and see which one you used before.

If you can not figure it out, you need to contact Shopify support, maybe they can see which email it was.
