- What is the specific error being displayed
- What payment gateway are you currently using
- Are you on an active Shopify plan
It could be that your store is not on an active Shopify plan, as trial plans do not have an active checkout. Additionally, you will want to make sure you have set up your payment gateway correctly. The set up process will depend on the payment gateway you are using.
