Why can't I create a new collection in the menu?

It’s not giving me a collections option in the menu to create a new collection. I can’t seem to figure it out! Help!!

As what I understand when you click the Products in the Admin page, there is no collection? Can you try opening your website in the incognito browser?

To gather a bit of context, could you walk me through the process of how you’re adding a collection? Could you also share if you’re trying to create an automated collection or a manual collection?

An automated collection involves defining conditions to match the products that you want in the collection. A manual collection includes the specific products that you choose.

To create a collection, please navigate to your Products > Collections section of the admin. In the upper right corner of the screen, select Create a collection.

From here you can decide whether you’d like to create a Manual or Automated collection and hit Save.

Once you’ve created and saved your collection, you’ll need to make it available on the sales channels that you use. You can follow the steps on our managing collections resource to change the availability of a collection.
