I created a label with the incorrect weight so I voided it. Then I went to create a new one, but shopify keeps coming up with a little red box that says “Unable to create shipping label” This has never happened before. I have had to void several over the last year or so, and this has never happened. Is there a new time constraint for recreating labels? TIA

- How old the order is

I am having the same problem
- the label was created today and voided today
- it is a new order from today
- there is no button to create a label.
