My website was working fine until today. I’m trying to create a shipping label for my orders, but it’s not letting me. Am I the only one with this issue? I’m from Puerto Rico and I tried different browsers, clear my cache but it keeps popping a red notification saying that is unable to do it. Is there something going on temporarily ?

Thanks for reaching out. Were you trying to purchase a USPS shipping label by chance? If so, it was likely due to an issue on USPS’s side that affected U.S. territories, but it has since been resolved! I recommend generating the label again as there shouldn’t be an issue.
If it wasn’t a USPS label and you’re still not able to purchase it, can you share a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving? I’d be happy to investigate further.
