Can you tell me which country you are signing up from? Typically this error message will appear when someone is signing up in an unsupported region. If you are signing up from an unsupported region I would be happy to pass along your feedback to our team and share some next steps with you so that you can be notified if we add support for your region down the line. Shopify is always working to expand its international offerings, including expanding our services to new locations across the world.

Going forward I would recommend you contact our live support through this page here. If you describe the issue you are experiencing and your store location they would be able to look into this further with you and complete any available next steps to help you out.
You can contact a Support Advisor by following these steps:
- Start here.
- Choose the option Continue without logging in.
- Type in keywords for your issue in the search field and click Search.
- You will then notice common questions and guides related to your issue. Under that you will see the option to Get support. Click Continue.
- Then you will see the options to chat with us or email us.
