Why can't I create orders on the admin page?

We are unable to create orders on the admin screen. We are getting the attached error. I do not see anything on your status page

Thanks for flagging. Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

In most cases, it would be best to contact Shopify Support directly for account specific questions. They’ll be able to authentic your store and investigate why you’re getting an error when trying to create your orders and escalate the issue if needed.

I am on with the live chat as well now. I’ll attached the screen shot just incase anyone else has the issue.
