Why can't I create orders or mark them on Myshopify?

Hi! I have been unable to create orders through my shopify link - https://ladyluck-co-ke.myshopify.com/ since today morning.

Basically it lacking some features like: Mark as paid / Mark as pending. I also can fulfill and unfulfill

What could be the problem?

Welcome to the Shopify Community! Sorry to hear you’ve been having some troubles using the Shopify Admin to manage your orders. There are no known issues with the admin at this time, but you can always check on Shopify Status to be certain.

If you are able to login to your admin, and are on a paid plan, and are only experiencing an issue with some features, it could be a localized issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Ensure you do not have any pop up blockers or firewalls enabled on the device as these can interfere.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support the ones linked here).
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)

Once you have run through these steps, let me know how this goes! If you are still having issues, please share any screenshots of what you are seeing in the admin as they are helpful for troubleshooting.
