After getting to the step where i need to customize my own check out page i am not able to load up the check out page for some reason? i’ve watched some tutorials but they don’t help with my situation..

Is this because of the plan i am on? or is there an actual error?

Anybody who could help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards your concern, I’m so sorry to say but currently, Shopify is strict on the Checkout Page, and only available for editing if the Shopify Plan is Shopify Plus.
If not there’s no way to change and edit the layout of the Checkout Page.

Howerver you Navigate to Shopify Settings > Checkout. There will be options for you to adjust some small things in the fields
