I edit my store and did everything but after free trail when i pay I’m not able to customize theme and i lost all the edits please i need help and even now i cant see the customize option in themes setting

This is strange. To be clear: are you certain you’re logging into the same store? If you’ve simply moved from the free trial to a paid plan, you should be able to edit your theme without issue.
It’s hard to fully see the screenshot you’ve included, could you upload that as an attachment instead? Also could you please tell me which theme you are using?
