I am trying to delete a slideshow section from my home page, but it will not let me do it.

You can delete a section in your theme editor by selecting the section you want to delete and clicking the Remove button. You can find the steps to do this explained here as well. If you’re doing this and it still isn’t being deleted we would need to review this further. If you’re using a theme created by Shopify we can help more if you contact us through the Help Center here. If you’re using a third party theme, you would need to speak to your theme developer. You can find their contact information on the theme listing page in the theme store.
