Why can't I delete canceled or unpaid orders on my new platform?

Hello,
I moved my 3-year-old brand to Shopify. I transferred it with Matrixify application, everything is very good.
The only problem I’m facing is that I can’t delete my canceled or unpaid orders in shopify in any way.
If I don’t fix it my whole layout may be damaged please help :disappointed_face:
The application I transferred to (Matrixify) said that it was related to shopify and there was no error in the transfer.
How can I fix this in my panel?

Sorry to hear about your trouble.

Renars here from Matrixify, we did look into this together in our support.

The data migrated is as per the data from your source store. But somehow did not understand from the support ticket that you just wish to delete them.
If you do not need to have them migrated and wish to now delete them from your store, then we sure can do that in bulk!

Best if you could reply to the same support ticket where I will help you to do just that!
