Why can't I delete products from my site?

I cannot Delete products from my Site and there is no way of contacting anyone. Its very frustrating, If a platform comes up with better support you will surely lose customers,

To learn how to delete products check out the step-by-step guide below:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to products.

  2. Click the product that you want to delete.

  3. On the product details page, click ‘Delete product’.

  4. Click ‘Delete product’.

If you have more than one product to delete then you’ll be able to perform a ‘bulk action’ allowing you to delete lots of products at once. **Check out this help documen**t from the Shopify Help Center to learn more.

If you’d prefer to raise a support request you can do so by contacting Shopify Support via chat, email, or callback through the Shopify Help Center. This video clip shows you how to access the chat and email option. If you would like to speak with someone over the phone, please log in to your store when prompted to view the callback option.
