I have been asked by shopify to download a beneficial owner report form in Jpeg or PNG - there appears to be a glitch on shopify as it will not allow this formats to be downloaded - PLEASE HELP ANYONE - IT IS SAYING IT WILL STOP PAYMENTS IF I DONT DOWNLOAD THIS !!!
How do I do this ? there is no way of contacting anybody directly in Shopify ?
