I’m redirected to my admin page when trying to add apps from the App Store. I was able to add a supplier during setup and the “recommended” ones after, but now nothing. I’ve tried iPad, iPhone, chrome, and safari. Incognito, clearing cache and browser history…I kept getting interrupted (irl) so I timed out when I tried the help chat.
You can try to following those steps to solve the issue:
Login to your Shopify admin > Apps > Apps and sale channels > Shopify App store > select app the you want to install > click Add app.
Doesn’t work. Redirects me to admin page. Any app in the Shopify App Store.
