For some reason I’m unable to download most apps on this shopify store. I’ve tried the following as solutions
I have cleared the cache and tried to download apps
I’ve used different browsers to try and download the apps
I’ve used a mobile device to try and download the apps
I’ve used incognito mode to try and download the apps
I’ve changed my shopify plan and then tried to see If i could download any apps
None of these has helped and I’m still getting the error message in the picture attached. I’ve contacted several support agents and none of them were helpful and they’ve stopped responding. If anyone can help with this issue please reach out.
I’m using the basic plan and can’t download apps, but I’ve also tried switching to a different plan and was still unable to download apps. I saw a post that said there may be a bug in the system that makes the app store think that I’m still on a “lite” plan or trial plan so it won’t let me download. I’m not sure though.

I’ve contacted Shopify through there and spoken to multiple people. The end result was their technical team telling me that some other people are facing the same issue but they don’t know what’s causing it and they don’t have a solution. Thank you for the suggestion though.
