I have a user when they duplicate a product the pop up tick box is blanked out for duplicating the images. They can only do SKUs and Inventory Quantities
They were able to do this in December with no issues but now it’s not possible.

Solved : Before your duplicate a product, select images you want to appear in the new duplicate product. Once this is done and when you click ‘Duplicate’ button, you will find ‘Image’ option as enabled. Happy Shopping ! Please mark this as solution if it is resolved.
