Why can't I edit my checkout page?

I get this every time I try to edit my checkout page. The FAQ’s are confusing. Can someone help?

Sorry, I should’ve posted but I got customer service to help last night and we fix the problem. Apparently chrome has done some kind of update that won’t let me get to that part of my editor but Firefox well all is good.
