Why can't I edit my ecommerce site due to a connection error?

Hello, I can’t edit my website on Shopify due to some error:

Connection to the site is denied 7********.myshopify.com .

"Failed to load the page

This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:

Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL
Page failed to load due to an error"

And what could it be? I just can’t do my job!
