When I click on Theme and then Customize, it shows my website as it is currently-which is password protected and says “opening soon.” Two weeks ago I was able to customize my actual website with all my products. How can I customize my actual website before I make it live and remove the password?

When you open the theme editor by going to Online Store > Themes and clicking Customize, you should be able to see the dropdown menu at the top that allows you to pick what page you want to view or edit. Could you try navigating to it and changing the page to see if you can edit the other areas of your website? Here’s a screenshot showing the dropdown menu in the theme editor.
Let me know if you’re able to edit your website now. If you still can’t, I’ll help you out!
I have the same problem as OG. Tried what was replied and it didn’t work. Any other suggestions?
