Why can't I edit sections on my product page using the Sense theme?

Other than the product name, description, options, and variants, I can’t change my product page. So when I preview the product page, I’m unable to edit or remove the sections below:

It says I’m using the default product theme template. But when I go to Online Store >> Customize, and select Products from the drop-down menu, both options are grayed out and can’t be selected (see below). I’ve created one product with two variants, but that product isn’t showing up here.

Can anyone help me with this? Using the Sense theme.

Just figured it out. I scheduled this product to be available at a later date. Removing this schedule added the product to my store so I could edit the product page.

For me to fix it, I had to go to my products list in the Shopify Admin, and select all the products, and then click the “…” icon, and then select “Include in sales channels”.
