Why can't I edit the header and cart page in my theme settings?

I’m pretty new to shopify and past few days i’ve been creating a website. I ran into some issues while doing that, first of all my header is just uneditable, I use pagefly to create my website it tells me to go on online store> themes > customize and from there I still cannot do anything to change the header or anything at all. Second thing is also with the online store> theme > customize, I go to the cart page and can’t customize it at all, when I pop up theme setting it only shows me the checkout and theme style options, on the theme style option all i can do is just reset it to default. Because of these things I just deleted the header and skipped the cart page (because the cart page looks awful), so it instantly goes to the checkout, but later I figured that I cannot do that, because I NEED the customer to leave me a custom comment.
I’ve attached some files where you could see the things i’ve been talking about, first one shows everything that I see when I go on theme settings. Second shows the error message that I get whenever i go to online store> themes> customize. and the last one is all I get from my header.

I’m happy to help you out with this but I’ll need a bit more information as I’m not seeing any attachments on your post.

Can you tell me the name of the theme you’re using? If it’s one from the Shopify Theme Store, I can take a look at it on my test store to clarify which settings are available for customizing the header and cart page.

PageFly is a third-party app, so you may need to contact the app developer for any customizations that are specific to their settings. I can take a look as soon as I have the name of the theme, and I’ll follow up with my findings here. Looking forward to your reply!

This is PageFly - Page Builder, thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.

And thank you @Sophia for mentioning us.

We need to confirm again, If you need to edit or customize the header (or footer), you need to do it with your theme. With PageFly, you just can hide or show the header/ footer on PageFly pages.

So you can contact the theme provider if you want to customize the header/ footer.

hey there, If you are new to shopify and you don’t have any experience in customization of the theme or using a page builder then you can simply get help from the suppot of that particular page builder or you can watch tutorials from the youtube this is worthwhile i think.
