Why can't I export CVS products to my email?

I can’t make export products. The system tells me I should find it in the email address (michael@netila.co.il) and it doesn’t exist there.

  • Have you double-checked the spam folder on your inbox?
  • How large is the product export you are attempting to gather?
  • Have you tested exporting less than one page of products?
  • Have you received a successful export in the past at that email address?
  • Have you tried using another email address, particularly one that does not have a custom domain attached to it? i.e. something ending in @gmail.com
  • Do you have any staff members on your account that are able to export the products?

That can help us narrow down the issue and figure out what might be happening behind the scenes.
