I cannot export my orders as usual since 2 months ago. I followed the usual order export procedure but the exported file was blank with file name “login.html”
Unfortunately I do not know how you exported your orders so far. But if you are open to use a third party App, I may have a great solution for you! Actually I used the basic export function by clicking the “export” at the
shopify order list page. Unfortunately, the exported file is just a
"login.html, instead of the details of each order. May I know if I have
done anything wrong ?
