I can’t make export products. The system tells me I should find it in the email address : michael@netila.co.il and it doesn’t exist there.

Your CSV export file will download to your laptop/desktop device once the file export is ready. You will be emailed once the export is ready, just to notify you! After you have received the email, you can check your downloads folder on your laptop/desktop to find your CSV export. For example, this is the email I received once my CSV download was complete:
So the email you receive is just a notification to let you know the file has been downloaded to your device, the file itself would not be emailed to you.
If you have not received the email notification yet, it could be that the file is not ready to be downloaded yet. Depending on the file size (exporting lots of products at once means a larger file size), it can take a while to prepare! Can I ask how many products you were exporting?
Another reason you’re not be seeing the email is that it may have gone to your spam folder rather than your main inbox. Could you check your spam folder and let me know what you see?
