Why can't I find a direct link to my products on the Dawn theme?

Hi,
I’m using the dawn theme and I have no buttons that directly links to my product catagorys like a Order/ buy now button

I have these, but one is a search bar, 2nd is account’s and 3rd is the cart which is empty because you can’t find my products lol.

You would want to create a main menu and add links to collections there. See Online Store > Navigation in your storefront.
