Why can't I find a save button to update my shipping policy?

I have been selling for awhile but when I tried to amend my shipping policy why is there no Save button for me to change my shipping policy?

Hi,

Assuming that you are editing from SettingsPolicies, once you apply a text edit, in the right upper side it should appear a green ‘Save’ button.
