Why can't I find app blocks in Studio 2.0 theme?

Hi,

I downloaded several apps through Shopify (printswell & shipstation)

Shop theme is Studio (2.0)

When I go to add a block, and scroll down to add an app it says ‘no app blocks found’.

How do I get my apps to show up so I can add to a block?

Thank you, but my problem is when I click add section, scroll to the app
section of the dropdown menu, none of the apps I downloaded are there (says No
app blocks found)
